Owner

  • Manages payments and subscriptions (checkout, add payment method, cancel plan, modify add-ons, view invoices)

  • Invites, adds, or removes workspace members

  • Has full control over documents and main workspace settings

  • Can delete any document


Admin (and Owner)

  • Modifies company settings and billing profile

  • Configures SMTP for sending emails from the workspace

  • Can delete documents

  • Can manage documents and templates (create, edit, duplicate, delete)

  • Can manage document sections

  • Can send, approve, or cancel signature requests

  • Can manage workspace partners

  • Can view data in the admin dashboard


Member / Authenticated User

  • Creates and manages their own documents

  • Sends and receives email communications

  • Uses and manages document templates and their sections

  • Participates in signature requests (send, complete, approve if involved)

  • Views partners and relevant information

  • Receives notifications and can mark them as read or delete

  • Can access and download their own files

  • Can view and update their own profile information

  • Can see the list of invitations and workspace members

  • Can access basic company information


Invited / Public / Token-based

  • Accepts invitations to join the workspace

  • Accesses and completes signature requests via token (validate, sign, upload, download PDF)

  • Performs OTP or access code verification for documents
